Peculiarities of work on piano technique in the class of the Kyiv teacher of NMAU named after P.I. Tchaikovsky Aza Roshchina - a bright representative of the Kiev piano school is considered. The main directions of work on the technical apparatus are analyzed, special attention is paid to the teacher's recommendations on the setting of each finger. Methods of improving the technical apparatus of the pianist, based on the pedagogical principles of Aza Roshchina, are generalized.
